Deliciously Raw sugar free


It was really exciting to be doing my first Deliciously Raw shoot of the year. Chef Durrant has been working on some new recipes free of processed sugar and she wanted some shots for her blog and forthcoming courses.

As usual we had a few laughs and I was introduced to a new dairy replacement in the form of Tiger Nut Milk. A much loved Spanish drink known as La Horchata de Chufa. An interesting flavour but I’m sure it grows on you.

The porridge is sweetened with cinnamon, carrot and sultanas. Definitely one I’ll be making in future!
