One of my favourite shoots. A wonderful collection of mouth-watering deserts and tarts all raw and plant based. Taken in late August there was the most amazing dappled light and rather than try and flatten it out I worked with it to try and evoke that lazy, late summer feeling. Lots of plants still in bloom, hanging out with friends and family enjoying some decadent deserts. All made by Chef Durrant a very talented raw food and plant based chef.
